Yunnan Province in southwest China is home to the aged Pu’erh style tea. This humid, mild, mountainous region has ideal conditions for growing tea. Full-bodied and dark, its earthy flavor becomes stronger, thicker, and sweeter the longer it is brewed. Pu Erh tea cleanses toxins and free radicals. Pu-erh tea uses its oxidizing properties to deliver high levels of oxygen, which improves circulation and blood flow.

Usage: 2-3 grams per 200 ml at 90ºC-95ºC and leave to stand for 4-5 minutes.
