Rooibos Relax:

We’ve created the perfect combination of calming Rooibos and aromatic lavender, apple and orange. It’s a wonderfully warming infusion that helps you relax and rejuvenate after a hard day. Our Master Teas add just enough apple to complement the earthy notes of the rooibos. It’s a deliciously clean yet comforting cup of tea with warming aromas. Rooibos tea has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and muscle-relaxing properties, vital for calming allergies and keeping the body healthy. It’s been shown to be helpful in treating eczema, bronchitis and asthma too.

Usage: 2-3 grams per 200 ml at 95ºC and let stand for 4-5 minutes
